SIMPATICO STYLE CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF USE

Please read these terms carefully before using or accessing this site. By using or accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Simpatico Style may amend these terms at any time and all amendments will take effect immediately on posting of the amended terms. You should also refer to the privacy policy for users.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND SIMPATICO STYLE

Simpatico Style web site is offered to you and conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of Simpatico Style web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.

Simpatico Style reserve its right to cancel or reject any members' membership or orders, quotes given by Simpatico Style will only be valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

In the case of goods supplied by Simpatico Style to any one of the following at our option:

The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
The repair of the goods;
The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;
The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and in the case of services supplied by Simpatico Style to any one of the following at our option:
The supplying of the services again;
The payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

The indemnity is this clause extends to and covers your breach of these terms.

RIGHTS TO USE INFORMATION YOU SEND US

If you send any information to us whether by email or in any other form, then we have the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of or publicly display any materials or other information that you submit. This right extends to any ideas you might send us in regard to new or improved products or services.

DELIVERY POLICY

On confirmation of payment we will dispatch your order within one business day via Australia Post standard postal services. Delivery will be within three to five business days after dispatch. Requests for express delivery will be at customers expense. Free delivery is for orders placed for Australia and New Zealand customers only. Customers outside of Australia or New Zealand should contact Simpatico Style for a postal quote before ordering.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your product (except for products listed below) for any reason, Simpatico Style is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described, differ from a sample shown or don’t do what they are supposed to do when received, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.

The following items are not returnable unless defective:

Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Jewellery is non-returnable unless defective and in its original packaging.
Shoes & Handbags are non-returnable unless defective and un-worn in their original packaging.
DVDs are non-returnable unless known manufactures fault.
Music CDs are non-returnable unless known manufactures fault.
Computer Games are non-returnable unless known manufactures fault.
Clearance Items are non-returnable unless known manufactures fault.

Defective Items

Defective items need to be returned to Simpatico Style within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. For items found to be defective after 14 days, returns can be accepted at Simpatico Style discretion, please email your request by using the ‘Enquiries’ option on the front page of the website.

How to Return your Item

Contact Simpatico Style by email. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). The Customer Service Representative will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RA number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.

As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.

Important

The return must be received by Simpatico Style within (14) fourteen days of the RA number being issued.
Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Simpatico Style.
All returns must have a RA number.
Any item that is returned to Simpatico Style without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us first via email to confirm if your return can be accepted.
